70 years of National park Plitvice lakes
In 1949, April 8th,park Plitvice lakes becomes first National park in Croatia. Its captivating beauty and famous limestones made Plitvice lakes get to the list of UNESCO, World Heritage register. It was 40 years ago, and that gives us two reasons to celebrate.
